Its a ongoing battle to sort packaging from daily items to either Paper or Cardboards. Swiss made products generally mention it clearly but a number of thems , imported from other parts of EU doesn’t, specially some biscuit from UK. πŸ˜…

Anu suggestions from long-time professional swiss sorters?

    Is this a shitpost? Or do you really not know how to distinguish paper from cardboard.

    So technically, PAP had 3 sub categories:

    Pap20=corrugated fibreboard (cardboard)
    Pap21= non corrugated fibreboard
    Pap22=Paper

    Not a professional Swiss sorter, but working in that field.
    If you search for EU decision (97/129/EC) you can find a list

    I would throw it with the papier despite the box clearly say tells you need to throw it on the karton pile. Be rebellious

  4. it literally says Cartone/cardboard…. and if you googled PAP 20 you would see that it is for cardboard.
