It feels like we keep finding more and more SMBH’s in places that we don’t expect, whether it be in our local neighborhood or the beginning of time. If SMBH formation was pervasive in the early universe, and can be found in the smallest of structures today, can this mostly or completely explain what we think of as dark matter?
