That’s a level of incompetence that would see an intern fired.
When you get used to leaking every possible thing you might do in the budget, it’s hard to remember that sometimes you shouldn’t leak other stuff

Not even a 5 minute delay on emails being sent out. Is that not a basic IT setup!
Man, and I triple check when I’m just sending an internal email to let someone know they did good case work.

I have some sympathy. A PhD student and the head of ops for our whole organisation share the same name. I work with them both and email both regularly. Ones email address is first_name.last_name the other is first_name.last_name1. So far I haven’t sent anything massively embarrassing but it’s been close a few times.
