This is the Malta House pricing index. In a nutshell property prices exploded between 2004-2008, then drifted and went slightly down around 2008/9 due to the international crash but later on in 2014 they literally nuked upwards. It’s been going on for over 10 years now.
Do you think this is sustainable someday soon we will hit a top and the bubble will burst? Or not?!!!!! What do you think?

My bad for not buying a house when I was 4 damm.
If we were any other country I would say yes, but what is the difference between us and any other place is the limited space we have, so personally no I don’t think so unless all foreigners leave malta overnight… if that doesn’t happen, which lets be frank will not, than pricing will continue rising.
