“Europe must be a power, not just a market”, Pavlova said.
“Bulgaria is ready for the euro. Today’s event marks not only the conclusion of a long process but also the beginning of a new strategic stage for both Bulgaria and Europe.”
This was stated by Lilyana Pavlova, former Minister of Regional Development of Bulgaria and former Vice President of the European Investment Bank, during the conference “Bulgaria on the Threshold of the Eurozone”, held in Sofia, BGNES reported.
“Europe must be a power, not just a market. The world does not belong only to the big players, but to those with vision. By adopting the euro, Bulgaria is not only changing its currency — it is changing its vision,” Pavlova added. | BGNES
