Deloitte New Zealand has entered a strategic alliance with data and AI company Databricks to give customers access to advanced data, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities.

According to Deloitte, the partnership combines its industry expertise with Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform, which it says will help New Zealand businesses unlock new value from their data, drive innovation and accelerate digital transformation.

“Through this alliance, Deloitte clients will gain access to leading cloud-based data solutions, enabling them to manage, analyse, and derive actionable insights from complex datasets at scale,” said Deloitte New Zealand AI and data lead. Roger Lee.

“Our alliance with Databricks marks a significant step in our mission to support New Zealand organisations in harnessing the full potential of their data and AI. Together, we will empower our clients to innovate with confidence, build resilient businesses, and shape a digitally enabled future.”

Lee added the partnership strengthens Deloitte’s commitment to helping clients navigate the evolving digital landscape.

“Deloitte’s deep sector knowledge, combined with Databricks’ powerful Lakehouse architecture, will facilitate the development of tailored solutions that address specific industry challenges from optimising supply chains and improving customer experiences, to supporting regulatory compliance.

Databricks New Zealand country manager Carol Brown said the partnership with Deloitte will help businesses adopt data and AI faster.
