Can we talk about how almost every M-budget sandwich looks like it’s been through a car crash by the time it reaches the shelves? Took this photo in Zug, but I’ve seen the same crime scene presentation all over CH.

  1. Can we talk about, that every to go sandwich has a horrible mayo-based sauce in it? there are 2-3 possibilities in all supermarkets together 🙁

  2. De seich chasch eh nöd fresse. Warum sind Sandwiches in Japan so geil und ide Schwiz so zum kotze?

I can never ever eat, sometimes even see! those anymore. I starve rather. No lunch for me if those (I call them “gas station sandwich”) are the only option. It’s over with those. Forever. Maybe you are not far from that point either at this point 🤷🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️.

  4. In Zug, at Migros, I was wondering how there could always be so many bruised avocados, while the ones they sell at Coop are almost always perfect. One day I saw a worker at Migros picking them up and throwing them one by one from one crate to another. I don’t know if it’s the Migros style in general, but it seems to be the Migros style in Zug to refill empty crates.

  5. this sandwich alone has carried thousands if not tens of thousands of students through apprenticeships and unis, dont disrespect it like that

  6. I love this post because I was thinking of making the exact same one. I would upgrade from m budget to Swiss sandwiches in general (from coop, Migros etc )are barely edible. Switzerland has terrible sandwiches. I can’t even begin to explain. What the actual f is going on? And dont even get me started on vegetarian sandwiches they are basically made by the meat industry to try and put tou off eating veggies i think. Unless you want a delicious soggy mozzarella and tomato sandwich WITH F£&@& MAYO IN IT!!!!

  7. After my first and last chicken sandwich that came with raw curry spice and mayo, I made my own lunches or had the remnants of dinner. It’s so much better.

  8. A not small Sandwich with “meat” for under 4 chf. What do you expect? A bio Filet Mignon?

I would not recommend to eat this, to smoke 20 cigarettes a day is maybe healthier. Furthermore, the animal suffering caused by such cheap Hungarian poultry

  9. Can we talk about that none of the supermarkets have the option that you can ask for a freshly prepared Sandwich with a filling that you chose so we rely on these horrific creations?
