Grass cannot grow if covered and it can’t get to sunlight. Why do you think gardners cover their flower beds with pebbles to stop weeds growing. Plus how does he even know if there are grass seeds there did he plant any? It was a rough patch of land before and will continue to be unless they actually sowed some seed.
Not necessary imo. He just has to stand there for a little while. He’s so full of bullshit that it fertilize the whole area. Grass will sprout in no time.

I never understood why the government is so tolerant of Jason Micallef.
So the obvious explanation here is that he’s receiving some kickbacks or similar from the developer he hired to put out that gravel, but are there any plausible alternative explanations at all for this mess?
I think grass might grow, he might be right but how it was done it’s rude. he could have first made a test area and if it goes well next summer the whole area is done.
but most probably there is a reason behind all this to transform the area for mass events.

So… normally you sand the grass in fall, you water it for 2w straight. Weed will die and grass will be stronger for spring…
At least this is what I do at my country side house… and a few golf courses around the world.

I was there the other day.. kid you not a digger was removing grass that grew on some of the untouched areas that weren’t destroyed by that moron.
