City of London solicitor, Andrew Milne, yet another lawyer scum.
As a solicitor, it frankly pisses me off how the regulator treats small regional firms and their staff versus the big city players.
If the allegations are true, there’s credible arguments of acting without integrity, bringing the profession into disrepute, and from the previous court judgment, dishonesty and misleading the court. Four potential breaches of the code of conduct.
The SRA would have sought to strike off or suspend a high street solicitor so fast their head would spin. But this guy apparently can keep practising and giving the rest of the profession a bad name.
I mean, he looks like the kind of guy that licks the soles of shoes in suspenders.
Now this is proper local journalism, the sort of digging and exposing wealthy scumbags trying to destroy people for quick cash like this.
I see from the article he’s in court, in Stratford on 12 January.
Some of the lovely folk over at r/HousingUK who seem to have insatiable hard ons for the leasehold system will be happy to read this.
