GREECE, N.Y. — The potential buyer for the Crescent Beach Restaurant has pulled out, ending sale talks. News10NBC obtained a letter confirming this development.
The sale was intended to help pay a legal judgment against property owner Katherine Mott-Formicola. She pleaded guilty last year to a check-kiting scheme.
With the sale off the table, funds will need to come from liens placed on her home and other properties.
