  1. Surely the DVLA don’t have an infinite pool of questions; like if you do the test 128 times you are probably seeing questions for the second time or more.

  2. Bloody hell. I would have given up by at least the 20th attempt and declared myself too pigshit stupid to be allowed behind a wheel. 128 times? Does he even know which side of the road to drive on?

I think every 10 times you fail it you should have to wait another year to take it again. I don’t understand how someone could fail it so many times?!

  4. There should probably be a limit to number of test you can take, not like 5 but maybe 30 or 50, and then just be banned and assume you don’t have capacity for it. If they somehow pass on 130th time, would you really feel safe knowing that this person will be on the road with you? I wouldn’t.

  5. At this point, I think it’s likely the person isn’t trying to pass any more but is used to the ritual. I expect he/she knows all of the DVSA staff by name by now

  6. Unless it’s changed since I did it it it’s multiple choice and clicking at the right time on the hazard perception. I’m pretty sure failing 128 times in a row would be statistically unlikely even if you were to pick at random.

I’m a moron and I passed it first time… There’s the app where you can sit a nearly identical test… You shouldn’t be booking it unless you’re passing it on the app…
