I lost my home back in early 2022, and for quite some time the closest thing to a home I found was Warsaw’s main international airport. I found a quiet spot for myself there and started taking care of a fire hydrant nearby. I somehow accidentally saved four of the resulting collages.

Ok, I think we found the chosen one. OP is of a foreign mother, he seems to be some sort of refugee, the number is 44, the hydrant can be described as having three crowns, I don’t think OP has one (?).
