At Traverse City Central High School on Saturday, Norway (11-0) takes on Montabella (10-1) for a spot in the Division 1, 8-man state championship game.
The final regular-season AP Division 1 8-man poll has Norway ranked No. 2 and Montabella No. 5.

The Michigan High School Athletic Association relied on its playoff points formula to determine the postseason field for the fifth consecutive year, setting the stage for several intriguing matchups before crowning 8-Player Division state champions on November 22.
The winner of Norway vs. Montabella will advance to the state championship game next week against either Martin or Kingston.
