The Grand Junction Business Incubator Center (BIC) is hosting its annual Small Business Holiday Expo from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21.

    The expo serves as the BIC’s lone fundraiser, transforming the campus at 2591 Legacy Way into a “festive European marketplace”, featuring entrepreneurs and their products while setting the tone for a jolly Christmas season in the Grand Valley.

    This year, the Small Business Holiday Expo is expected to feature:

    More than 800 community members in attendance;

    Unique holiday shopping with 20 plus local vendors;

    Delicious fare from celebrated food trucks;

    Live music and caroling to set the festive mood;

    Dozens of silent auction items supporting local businesses that operate out of the BIC;

    A special visit from Santa Claus.

    New additions at this year’s Small Business Expo will include:

    Horse-drawn carriage rides provided by JR’s Carriage Service;

    Custom Holiday Beverages: Custom holiday spirited and non-alcoholic beverages from the beverage tent;

    Max the Bull, a Charolais bull owned by Pitchfork Charolais of VanWinkle Ranch;

    A silent auction will launch online Nov. 14, giving the community a head start on holiday shopping and the chance to bid early on locally donated treasures. The auction can be accessed at tinyurl.com/expo-auction.

    Admission is free. To reserve a ticket, visit tinyurl.com/yc6wwv9v.
