The A330neo, known for its advanced technology and innovative design, represents the pinnacle of ITA Airways’ fleet, setting a new standard for efficiency, digitalization, and Italian craftsmanship. The ceremony saw key figures from both the Mauritian and Italian governments, as well as the tourism sector, in attendance, including Honorable Minister of Tourism Mr. Christian Harold Richard Duval and Mrs. Emiliana Limosani, ITA Airways’ Chief Commercial Officer.

Flights will depart from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport at 10:10 p.m., arriving at Rome Fiumicino Airport the following morning at 6:40 a.m. On the return leg, flights will depart from Rome on Fridays and Sundays at 10:00 p.m., arriving in Mauritius at 11:20 a.m. the next day. This overnight schedule ensures convenient travel times for passengers, particularly those traveling with families.

The A330neo used for the route boasts a three-class cabin configuration designed to cater to all types of travelers. Business Class offers 30 fully reclining seats, transforming into flat beds for ultimate comfort on long-haul flights. Premium Economy has 24 seats, offering additional space and luxury, while the Economy Class accommodates 237 passengers, including 36 Comfort Economy seats.
