(Alliance News) – Bellini Nautica Spa announced on Monday that its subsidiary, Bellini Yacht Srl, has signed a partnership agreement in Croatia to strengthen its European dealer network.
Croatia Yachting, one of the leading companies in the sector with a fleet of over 190 yachts, becomes the new partner of the Bellini group, gaining exclusive representation of the Bellini Yacht brand in Croatia, Serbia, and Montenegro. The agreement will boost the visibility and distribution of the group’s vessels in the high-end yacht segment.
Francesco Frediani, Dealer Network Director at Bellini Yacht, stated, “We are extremely pleased with the signing of this new agreement, which further extends our dealer network in key markets and once again confirms the excellent reception that the market has reserved for our new line of high-end yachts.”
Bellini Nautica shares are flat at EUR2.73 each.
