Edit – As I’m being downvoted, this is why The water stopped working in the entire restaurant for 2 hours and they didn’t close. I mean, if you wanna eat in a restaurant that doesn’t give a fuck about food hygiene, go right ahead.

Capocrudo was one of the worst restaurants I’ve been too, and quite expensive too.
Something I’ve noticed in Malta is that, in general, the better the location, the shittier the food.
