      “When the police arrived, as the defendants knew they would, Samuel Corner attacked them, going so far as to strike a female officer, Sgt Kate Evans, across the back with his sledgehammer while she was on the floor, facing away from him.

      He also said he had been whipped by Charlotte Head and threatened with a saw by Leona Kamio.

      The video is then said to show Samuel Corner approaching Sgt Evans and striking her back with a sledgehammer.

      “Having hit her once, he raised the sledgehammer again and hit her with it a second time,” said Ms Heer.”

      Oh my, how dreadful for the police officer. I hope she made a full recovery.

      I’m not sure anyone can now justify their actions as a legitimate form of protest.

      Which then led to hundreds of OAPs get arrested under terrorism charges

      That’s because Palestine Action activists are just scum bags looking for redemption without having to give up being scum bags, so they try to choose a cause that allows them to continue to be scum bags while feeling good about themselves.

      **terrorism**, as set out in the [Terrorism Act 2000](https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000/11/contents), requires that specific actions involving serious violence or disruption are used or threatened for the purpose of advancing a political, religious, racial, or ideological cause, and are designed to influence a government or intimidate the public.

      They are using serious violence to support a politcal cause. So yeah they are terrorist. They are using it in a way that could or is putting the public in fear.
