On November 10, 2025, apartheid Israel’s parliament passed, in its first reading, a bill authorizing the death penalty on Palestinian and other Arab prisoners.

The bill, introduced earlier this month by war criminal Itamar Ben-Gvir and Limor Milach, was approved by the National Security Committee. It must pass three readings in the parliament before becoming law.

The bill limits the application of the death penalty to offenses attributed exclusively to non Jewish-Israelis, and echoes the criminal parliament member Limor Milach’s statement that: “There is no such thing as a Jewish terrorist.” This legislation constitutes blatant racial discrimination and a grave violation of international human rights law. This is further evidence of apartheid Israel’s continued subjugation of Palestinians, both in the occupied territories and within present-day Israel, which is criminalized under international law.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu — wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes and crimes against humanity  — has expressed his fascist government’s support for the bill.

Genocidal Israel’s attempt to enact such legislation represents a dangerous shift in the process of legalizing colonial practices against Palestinian prisoners, who for decades have been subjected to both slow and direct executions, as a result of policies of torture and systematic medical neglect, and lately starvation, in Israeli prisons and detention centers.

Thousands of Palestinians, including children, are being held by Israel in jails and torture camps. During its ongoing genocide, Israel escalated its colonial violence against Palestinians through extrajudicial killings, executions during arrests, and through a campaign of mass arrests. Incarcerated Palestinians continue to suffer systematic abuse, including torture, sexual violence, and the deliberate denial of medical care and adequate food.

Palestinians in Israel’s prisons and detention centers are experiencing a silent extermination campaign, unfolding inside prison cells and away from public view. The number of Palestinian prisoners murdered in Israel’s prisons since October 2023 has risen to 81, according to available information. The true number of Palestinians murdered in Israeli jails and torture camps is not yet known, as many more Palestinians from Gaza have been forcefully disappeared–another crime under international law.

Israel can only continue its genocide and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians because of the continued complicity of states, institutions, and corporations.

The BDS movement, calls for holding Microsoft, HP and Cisco accountable for their roles in maintaining Israel’s illegal apartheid regime and for their particular role in Israel’s prison system which is well known for its egregious human rights violations

Microsoft, HP, and Cisco are not hiding their complicity in Israel’s grave human rights abuses through their partnerships with the Israeli Prison Service:

We condemn the complicity of silence surrounding Israel’s relentless policy of mass arrests and the systematic and horrific infringement of the most basic rights of Palestinian political prisoners in its prisons and detention centers, as an integral component of its genocidal apartheid regime. We commit to intensifying our campaigns with our partners globally to #FreeThemAll.
