    I’m not a fan of ordering stacked charts this way (larger amounts on the bottom) and would prefer to see them ordered by variation, instead. Put the ones that change least at the bottom, to minimize cumulative distortion as you go up. I find them much easier to read, that way.

    Just eyeballing it, that would probably be (bottom to top) Staten Island, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

  2. There was a burp in Manhattan housing constrcution during the first presidential term of a purported NYC real-estate guy. How many of those housing units sold for less than a million dollars? Less than 10 million?

    I don’t like Mayor Adams, but he got a lot of housing projects past the red tape in the last several months.
