      Being anti German, coming from a German politician towards Poles, is only second best praise to if any other nation would say it. Why wouldnt we be anti German when they have actively been pro russian for 20+ years now?

      In current times, being anti german means being anti russian, considering they are such lovely friends behind the scenes. Doing everything they can to fund each other even in times of war, and screw every other Baltic country while they are at it.

      Why everytime someone from AfD says shit like that, comments in r/poland usually seems to point to German population as whole? Additionally, we have couple of articles with really misleading headings.
      If you read erpoland, you could get a notion that Germany is a threat just as big as Russia, which is simply not true.

      Historically the land between the Vistula and Oder was Slavic. Due to German and Pruisian settlements and later colonization it was German for centuries. The behavior of the Germans and their governments/regimes resulted in bringing back the situation as it used to be. What is their issue? The Germans originated this situation themselves, right?

      German here. Fuck this guy. Part of my family lived in Olsztyn (Allenstein back then, Eastern German territories, my grandfather was from Węgorzewo, Angerburg back then) and they fled in 1944 from the Russian army. Their property was confiscated and handed to a Polish family, who were displaced by the Russians, from the eastern Polish territories, that Russia took from Poland.

      My grandmother later reached out to that family and became friends with them and even learned some Polish, visiting them relatively frequently. We stayed in touch with them up until maybe 10 years ago, when their oldest family member died and all the contacts faded away. They didn’t speak German, and we didn’t speak Polish, so we (my mother) sent letters in German, and they responded in Polish. We always had to translate everything from scratch, and so did they. Our families bonded for a long time, as both of us shared the same fate of being displaced, but none of us carried a grudge because of it. It is what it is.

      This stupid fuck is telling a huge lie. The Poles didn’t do a mass expulsion and didn’t steal land. Russia stole land from Poland and gave them former German territories. This was entirely Russia’s doing (besides Germany’s responsibility of starting the war, we had it coming). But this guy refuses to name the real culprit regarding the expulsions, as his party is a Kremlin puppet party. Fuck all of them.

      Pieskow, Deulowitz, Lawiz, Mochow, Goyatz, Kuschkow, Selchow, Treplin, Gusow all of these towns in east Germany have Slavic sounding names. I wonder why?

      Is he kidding? Poland does not have any ground that was ethnically German. Even more – currently Germany is holding a part of west Pomerania that was originally belonging to Poland. But it is old story, so none expect it to be returned. So to sum up – Germany hold some (small) polish ground, never paid reparation and he calls Poland a thief? What a level of hypocrisy is it, because I’ve run out of scale?
