      Let’s not forget what enabled all of this to occur – private prosecutions. From this nightmare at the Post Office to children being accused of “molestation” on trains to energy companies hounding regular people for bills they never accumulated, this mechanism allows private companies to pummel the everyman while giving _nothing_ for the little guy to pursue justice with. When are we going to throw private prosecutions into the bin?
