MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) – The Upper Peninsula Sports Writers and Sportscasters Association (UPSSA) released its annual All-U.P. 8-player football teams Wednesday. Norway’s Owen Baij won the title of Mr. UP Football, as well as Offensive Player of the Year.
