Given a suspended sentence for child porn and then goes on to abuse and rape dozens during that sentence, not a good look for the police. I knew someone who was charged over child porn and they had compulsory monitored internet access following that, but this guy can advertise he’d pay for sex with children on Snapchat…
The fact that his brother was independently doing awful things to children (blackmailing them over sexual images) is even more crazy.
