Kosovo citizens will head to the ballot boxes for the fourth time in 2025, when the country holds extraordinary parliamentary elections on December 28.

The three previous elections, the parliamentary elections in February and the two rounds of local elections in October and November, cost the state budget and political parties around 23 million euros.
