Scrooge tip: Before you buy, check the store’s official page outside the Scrooge platform.

I was looking for a retro handheld console on Skroutz and found the one I’m interested in from the store Adaptoraswhere the product appeared on 81.96€ (link).

I have a habit of going to the official page of the store, if it exists, so I can see if the store "inspires confidence in me" and any differences in transportation. So I enter the official page of the store from link given by the store itself on its skroutz page and i see the same product at €68.30 (link), i.e. 20% cheaper!

I believe the pricing has been done by the store and not by the Skroutz platform. But regardless of whether it’s the fault of the store or the platform, the whole point of the post is that in the difficult times we live in we have to do as much as possible cheaper but at the same time responsible purchases.
