Jason Azzopardi expressed his concern for the environment surrounding a scrapyard that caught fire in Marsa last week.
Azzopardi asked the Health Minister to reveal which measures were taken to ensure that the cow feed at the KPH compound, next to the scrapyard belonging to the Prime Minister’s associate, is safe.
He emphasised that this is important because a week ago the southern part of Malta was affected and the feed should not be consumed by the cows that produce the milk consumed in Malta.
“What absolute guarantee will the Minister of Health give that no mercury, cadmium, particulate matter, dioxins or lead will enter in the food chain?” wrote Azzopardi on Facebook.
