Hi everyone please help me find my friend,
I’m sharing this on behalf of a worried family.

A young Norwegian man named Oliver has gone missing while visiting Warsaw, Poland. He was last seen Friday night outside the nightclub SEN. Since then, nobody has been able to reach him, and he has not returned to where he was staying.

His family is desperately trying to get any information that could help the search.
If you live in Warsaw, were in the area around SEN that night, or know someone who might have seen or heard something, please contact the local police and share any relevant details.

Every tip helps – even small things can make a difference.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for any help you can offer. ❤️

The first thing you should do is report this to your local police in your country. They can then contact the polish police and Interpol if required. You can also contact the polish police directly on +48 112. But first tell his parents to report this at their local station or police headquarters, they have procedures and resources for exactly this type of thing.

    2. First check if he has any money left on his accounts. In Poland there is usual scam of stripclubs, who drug people and make them obey scammers, so people themselves enter PIN in POS terminal and approve card transactions. He can be somewhere drugged or just depressed if he lost all his money.

    3. Contact the Norwegian Embassy in Poland about the situation too. They will try to make sure their citizen is safe and will be following the investigation done by local police.

Also, contact known friends and family about their last contact with the person. Providing a detailed history of the person’s whereabouts is the best. Make sure to provide a detailed history with screenshots of messages, social media posts, etc., to both the Embassy and local police (with the help of a Polish speaker or a translator).

Maybe contact the nightclub, etc., to make sure they save camera recordings too, but the embassy and police should handle that. I don’t think any place will give information regarding a missing person to people other than law enforcement.

Unfortunately, there is not much more to do than that. I wish you all the best of luck.

It was posted about him in Norwegian news. Polish police are doing an investigation since yesterday

    5. Damn, it’s the worst type of places you could go to, especially as a foreigner… Those establishments should be avoided at all times.

All the best to you, OP. I hope your friend is found promptly.

    6. This is just next to the river 😔

Hope he maybe lost/broke his phone only, and will soon contact you 🙏

Update: Unfortuantely nothing. Embassy, local police and norwegian police are on the case.

    8. Ask Miejski Reporter for help. He has quite a reach and helped few times already with cases of missing people.

Contact one of the big newspapers here in Norway. Get them to write a news story and use that to try to get press coverage in Poland.

I don’t know polish media very well, but I assume that in a country of 36 million people it’s probably harder to get coverage than it is in Norway.

Edit: I can see that it’s already beeing covered in the Norwegian press.

    10. Try Google tracking/ iOS find my phone. Family might be able to login into his computer and then if he is logged in, they might check his last location using “find my phone” or Google maps my history

+ Check last transactions / block £$€ accounts / freeze credit cards/ report as possible stolen

    11. please remember these 2 steps to protect from scam

      a) blood test against drugs/narcotics

      b) chargeback procedure if they emptied his bank account through the cards

      c) if he has time and patience for justice he could try connecting the two and trying to charge the club for getting him intoxicated and then trying to scam his money out

lots of polish victims relay story of being scammed to sign away papers stating they voluntarily withdraw funds – all under influence

Have you contacted the police. They may try to localize his phone. At least last phone network logon, so you should get approximate location where your friend has been.
