I know life's been tough on you. But somehow you're still here. And although that may seem trivial to you, there are countless souls whose lives you've touched for the better in the simplest gestures. Most of these fleeting gifts of grace that you've bestowed upon the hearts of others, you've likely long forgotten (or no doubt never knew). But you did contrubute to the world in good ways. And in the grand scheme of things, that matters greatly. Perhaps, even, above all else. You've worked hard. And you've done a lot.

So, let your mind quiet for a second. You are okay.

Take care of yourself. You're worth it.
