This is a work ID belonging to Marjan Ley, an assistant prosecutor of the District Court in Stanisławów. The ID was issued in Lwów in September 1935 and has been extended yearly up to September 1939
It’s from ww2 but im not quite sure what you should do with it, i suggest a museum
You should give it to a museum
+1 to the idea of offering it to a local museum, even if they don’t display it they could probably keep it in an environment where it won’t decay
I suggest writing to the Polish Institute and Sikorski Museum in London, they should be interested.
