Croatian Post (Hrvatska pošta – HP) has announced that it will raise the prices of several specialised delivery services starting Monday, 1 December.

The biggest change affects the “Special Delivery and Collection Service at Customer Premises”, whose base price will increase from the current €2.40 to €5.00 (excluding VAT). The price of package pickup and delivery within this service will also rise, jumping from €0.62 to €1.32 (excluding VAT) per package.

HP will also adjust the pricing structure for its “Service on Call”, though full details of these changes will be published in the updated tariff list.

Alongside the price increases, Croatian Post is introducing new rules for volume discounts on universal postal services, including letters. Under the revised criteria, customers will now need to send at least 50,000 letters annually to qualify for quantity-based discounts. The number of discount tiers is also being reduced from nine to five.

Croatian Post says the complete updated price list — including all amendments — will be publicly available on its official website and in all post offices.
