seen. Does this mean that there is a way to download your own account data and transactions yourself via API (and build a small web app based on that) or is this really just an officially recognized third-party provider and individuals are left empty-handed?

Weiss aber nicht wie einfach das wirklich ist.
Es gibt sicher einige Anbieter die das schon machen mit open source (cozycloud zb)
