• BGN 1 billion for guardrails – public procurement by API. The price of the order has increased 4 times in 5 years. The requirement for participation is to have at least BGN 70 million turnover for the last 3 years, of which BGN 50 million should be in the field of highways and roads. Who do you think meets these criteria? Source
• BGN 3 billion for highway 60 km. between Ruse and Veliko Tarnovo. This is BGN 50 million per km. Over 5 times higher than initial estimates. The route will become the most expensive highway in the country. Source
• BGN 2 billion for an 8 km ring road. 250 million per kilometer. A road that costs more than tunnels in the Alps and high-speed routes in Europe. Source
• BGN 2 million per day paid losses in the state energy sector. In 9 months, TPP “Maritsa-East 2”, “Mini Maritsa-East” and “Bulgargaz” accumulated losses of BGN 550 million. With this money, Sofia could buy over 200 new trams, trolleys and electric buses. Source
• BGN 560,000 per day we pay for unused gas capacity under the contract with Turkey’s Botash. “Bulgargaz” to buy capacity that actually does not use. So far, it has accumulated BGN 443 million in losses, and for the entire term of the contract (13 years) it will be nearly BGN 5 billion. Source
• BGN 300 million sank into “credits” for people around Peevski. BBR will not get back about BGN 300 million distributed to companies without collateral. Only one company related to Valka – “Rodway Construction” – took BGN 150 million, and the bank received only BGN 3.6 million in return. Source
• BGN 2.25 billion a new tender for roads – made so that the same 6-7 companies win it. API launches the largest tender in its history – BGN 2.25 billion, which can swell to BGN 4.5 billion. The conditions are written in such a way that almost no one can participate: a turnover of BGN 500 million and experience in over 100 km of repairs on the national network are required. In reality, this leaves only a few “our” companies that are still taking orders. Source
• BGN 4 billion paid for road repairs, but the state does not know where and for what the money went. From 2019 to 2024, API spent BGN 4 billion on "repairs"guardrails and markings, but there is no list of roads that have been repaired. Almost BGN 1 billion went to the same companies, while the regions with the most damaged roads received almost no funds. Source
• BGN 2 billion budget and salaries of BGN 24,000 for the High Judicial Council with an expired mandate. If the budget is accepted – wages will rise from 24k to 30k BGN per month. This body continues to operate illegally almost 3 years after the end of its mandate. Source
• BGN 400 million for road safety – sunken. Zero result. This is the money from the traffic fines that we scare away. The fund collected over BGN 423 million, but the Ministry of Internal Affairs spent only BGN 33 million on road safety. The remaining hundreds of millions are not clear what they are used for. Source
• BGN 2.2 million bonuses for API chiefs – “for a job well done”… on the most broken roads in the EU. Source
• Millions of BGN bonuses for heads of government agencies each year. They vote and distribute them themselves. For the head of the Audit Chamber – BGN 113,257. For the head of the Commission for Public Oversight of Registered Auditors – BGN 56,000. KEVR – total BGN 900,000. FSC – BGN 40,534. for the boss. • BGN 55 million for “Hemus” – siphoned off cash, the case delayed, prosecutors – deliberately removed. The investigation found that BGN 55 million in advances for the Hemus highway disappeared through subcontractors and massive bank cash withdrawals. Two prosecutors initially wanted the case to go to court – then suddenly change their minds and get promoted. And the supervising prosecutor, who refused and was doing his job, was replaced. Source
• BGN 500 million from the VK holding – it is not clear where they are. The state gave BGN 1 billion to the waterworks holding. Half are spent. MRRB refuses to say under which contracts, when and to whom. Source
• BGN 10 million to move agencies to free up a DPS-New Beginning building. The relocation of the NRA, BBI and APP from “Vrabcha 23” in less than 48 hours cost about BGN 10 million so that the building could be given to Peevski’s party. Source
• BGN 500 million per annum only for the protection of Peevski. The state pays BGN 439,000 + additional costs. Source
• BGN 6 million for two armored Mercedes, used personally by Peevski. The NSO has bought three Mercedes S680 Guard VR10 (highest armor). Two of them – with a total value of about BGN 6 million – are for Peevski’s personal use. Source
• BGN 9 million – drained by a trolley scheme. The municipality of Vratsa pays nearly BGN 9 million for 9 “Polish” trolleys. Then it turns out that they are Belarusian, bought by a company under international sanctions. Source
• BGN 118 million for maintenance of the toll system – paid illegally, without tender. API (those who above gave out bonuses for a job well done) gave BGN 118 million to the company that maintains the toll system (Kapsch). No auction, no competition, no explanation. API: "we don’t know". Source

The above list is non-exhaustive. I got tired. And it’s just for the last year. And what awaits us…

And this does not even include expired mandates, appointments, chief prosecutors, schemes in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, smuggling, buying votes in Pazardzhik and all the rest "trifles".

Against the background of the above – budget 2026 provides increase in taxes and insurance. I have no problem paying taxes, but if the money went to hospitals, roads, schools, transport. And the result is exactly the opposite – a water regime, death on the roads, no children’s hospital, no kindergartens, no infrastructure…

Various experts will answer me "but taxes are the lowest in Bulgaria" in the EU. No, it isn’t. We pay the highest tax – tax corruption.

If you are reading all this and not you cunt – so you are very well. You are very rich and it is wide around your neck. Billions are being stolen every day – from your wages, from your parents, from your children, and you don’t care. Lost years. A future eaten. This is the price of indifference.
