The Washington State Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County providers.

In September 2025, the Department of Health charged naturopathic physician Lam Luong Le with unprofessional conduct. In November 2022, the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine indefinitely suspended Le’s credential to practice in Oregon for sexual misconduct against a patient.

In October 2025, the Department of Health and Wendy Amelia Kurinzi entered an agreed order indefinitely suspending Kurinzi’s registered nursing assistant credential. In July 2024, the Department of Social and Health Services determined Kurinzi abused a vulnerable adult and placed her on its long-term care abuse and neglect registry. Placement on the registry prohibits Kurinzi from working with or having unsupervised access to vulnerable adults.

In October 2025, the Department of Health and Constance M. Morris entered an agreed order in which Morris surrendered her registered nursing assistant credential. Morris is prohibited from resuming practice in Washington State, including temporary, emergency or volunteer practice. In April 2025, the Department of Social and Health Services determined Morris physically abused a vulnerable adult and placed her on its long-term care abuse and neglect registry effective February 2025. Placement on the registry prohibits Morris from working with or having unsupervised access to vulnerable adults.

In October 2025, the Department of Health and Jorge A. Brito entered an agreed order indefinitely suspending Brito’s registered nursing assistant credential. In March and May 2024, Brito failed to safely assist with patient transfers, resulting in serious injuries.

In October 2025, the Department of Health and Amanda Kay McCoy entered an agreed order indefinitely suspending McCoy’s certified nursing assistant credential. In February 2024, McCoy acknowledged the need for substance use disorder treatment.

In October 2025, the Department of Health summarily suspended Lisa K. Robert’s registered nursing assistant credential, pending further disciplinary action. In May 2025, the Department of Social and Health Services determined Robert abused a vulnerable adult and placed her on its long-term care abuse and neglect registry. Placement on the registry prohibits Robert from working with or having unsupervised access to vulnerable adults.
