The mayor of the Škofljica municipality on Christmas and the people who “lead” our country

When we are looking for staff to work in the municipality, I can’t help but look at the salary scale and personnel plan of the Ministry of Solidarity and Justice.

Let me say right away that I do not accept the resignation, to make it clear. And now we are looking for a way to help the school, but then I read all the options below and it makes me wonder how incompetent we are, that we can’t arrange something similar. In short, we can say stretching, bluffing, lying and deceiving.

So 51.5% (more than half) are all top professionals who have a higher salary than principals and better conditions and are not even under various similar responsibilities, and 45.5% are all other lower ranks. Most of them work from home, accepts allowances for overwork and benefits from the right to disconnect. This is not the case with principals. There are 108 of them in total, and they spend approx 400.000 EUR. Around 5 million annually. And if the ministry is making a loss, the minister does not need to submit a resignation statement like the principal.

Let me explain where the logic went wrong.

Novel, but in the competition from the logical monster, there is also a direction of politics, because there I doubt that anyone would get any points, because there is no logic. I had to, because it’s really not normal, and some of us can cancel projects to cover basic needs – salaries.
