Completely understandable , the entire tech industry is investing so heavily in AI and datacenters , it isn’t to give Joe schmo $20/mo. aI subscription, it’s to go after the real money corporate accounts as they displace expensive human labor.. follow the money and you’ll see what’s really going on .

Why the hell wouldn’t I be against AI if it threatens my job and my ability to provide for my family?
The only people excited for AI are the very same people who can quit their job in the next few years or today and never have to worry about money ever again

My job is currently to help build out AI for a major US retailer in the design space. The product photography is the first to go. The production designer will be next. I see first hand what they are building and I feel very worried about the future of my field. In the next year or two they will perfect these systems and I see many creatives losing their jobs.
