The Maltese broadcaster TVM has officially announced the 18 artists competing in the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2026, the national final through which Malta will select its representative for the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna.
This year’s lineup features both newcomers and familiar names, including Aidan  two-time MESC runner-up (2022), and Matt Blxck, who placed 2nd in 2024. Their return raises expectations, setting the tone for a highly competitive edition.
The 18 artists competing in MESC 2026 are:

- Ema – Achikuku (Don’t Think About It)
- Franklin Calleja – Guide You Home
- Janice Mangion – Univers
- Kelsie Borg – Let A Girl Breath

- Kurt Anthony – On The Borderlin

- Mark Anthony Bartolo – Mumenti sbieħ

During the live broadcast, TVM also premiered short snippets of all 18 songs, offering viewers a first preview of the competing entries and early reactions already point to a diverse and musically varied selection, ranging from pop and ballads to more experimental sounds.
