Not Indian, but quite sure its some welcome speech. Something about depth of relationship and bilateral cooperation. Regular bs, in other words.

The Indian parliament is kinda a fish market, doesn’t make any sense sometimes. They were talking about some other issues and the Georgian delegation was present there. They congratulated the delegation in the first half as the Indian embassy started working in tbilisi. In the video they are just discussing some other things unrelated to Georgia.
