Are hulled/shelled hemp seeds/hearts used for personal consumption legal in Georgia? They are commonly found almost everywhere in the world but I couldn’t find them here in stock. Is it illegal to have these shipped to the country? It is impossible to grow anything from them because they are hulled.

You can try ordering it from the US. I don’t think you’d get in trouble for it. At worst, you might just have to give a lot of explanations.
