Kansas City, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) proudly announces the 2025 NAIA Scholar-Athletes for fall sports. This honor recognizes student-athletes in each of the fall sports who have excelled academically, including football, men’s cross country, men’s soccer, women’s cross country, women’s soccer and women’s volleyball.
To qualify as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their sport, and have attended their institution for at least one full year. This year, the list features an impressive number of student-athletes who have met these rigorous standards.
“Congratulations to all of our student-athletes recognized this fall,” said Benedictine Athletic Director Charlie Gartenmayer. “We remain committed to providing our student-athletes the best opportunity to succeed not just in their sport of choice, but in the classroom as well. This list reflects that committment and we continue to challenge our student-athletes to strive to have their names alongside their teammates on this list every year.”
Raven Athletics earned a total of 66 Scholar-Athlete honors this fall across the sports of football, volleyball, women’s soccer, men’s soccer, women’s cross country and men’s cross country. Football led the list with a total of 16 selections, followed by by Women’s Soccer with 15, Women’s Cross Country with 13, Men’s Cross Country with 11, Volleyball with 6 and Men’s Soccer with 5.
