      Finally. There is a housing crisis, time to crack down on nimbyism and on abuse restrictions and opposition. 

      This change is small, but it is progress.

      Ok so good idea? And also something like eigenmietwert which will take 10years to talk about, vote and sometime in the future be changed? 
      We are sooo slow:(
