The Embassy of Ukraine in Moldova on December 5 hosted an emotional exhibition titled, Children Against War, which highlights the strength and vulnerability of children from the frontlines of the Donetsk region. The works displayed were created by Ukrainian children, who have grown up in the shadow of bombings, but continue to believe in a peaceful future.
The exhibition arrived in Chisinau thanks to Lyudmila Onofriese, the founder of the International Institute of Feminine Folk Diplomacy of Ukraine, based in Belgium, who came accompanied by a team of entrepreneurs from Subcarpathia.
“Each drawing is a personal testimony—pain, fear, but also hope—transposed onto paper by children who directly experience the war,” notes the Ukrainian Embassy.

Ukrainian Ambassador in Chisinau Paun Rohovei thanked the organizers for their constant support to Ukraine and children affected by Russian aggression. He emphasized the dedication of the team that had made this project possible and highlighted the role of cultural activities in maintaining international solidarity.
The entrepreneurs who brought the exhibition are also participating in the Christmas Fair in Chisinau, organized by the International Women’s Club of Moldova (IWCM), where they present artisanal products from Kosovo—cheeses, jewelry, sweets and other creations.
