      Really?? It’s been utter shit. I put the heating back on one evening just over a week ago.

      I am NOT looking forward to the summer with the 40+ heat from last year.
      At least if I’m cold I can do some exercise or have a cuppa to warm up, What can I do when its 40+ outside and worse indoors? Take off my skin?!

      Bull shit. It’s been fucking freezing and the central heating has only just been turned down. They’re fucking around with future historical data.

      Guys… the reactions across social media are heart breaking.
      This is not saying it was warm. It’s saying on average over the entire month it was warmer.

      It was 13.1°C. That’s 1.2°C higher than the previous highest.

      How you felt it was or the fact you needed to put the heating on is not valid.
      Not warm, warmer on average than previous years.
      Yes some years may have seen hotter individual days and more sun, however the overall average was higher this year.

      This is across the country. Of course some local places may have actually been colder or warmer.

      Look at how we react when presented with actual factual data compared to how we soak up tabloid outrage. Tragic.

      This is probably due to night time temps being warmer than usual. It hasn’t been a spectacular Spring.
