Croatia Airlines is expanding its network for the 2026 summer season with the launch of a brand-new service connecting Dubrovnik and Stuttgart, set to begin on May 4.
The national carrier will operate the route twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, using its Airbus A319 fleet. During the first week of service, the airline will deploy its newest aircraft type, the A220-300, marking one of the earliest appearances of the jet on the Dubrovnik network.
The move strengthens Dubrovnik’s links to southern Germany, a key tourism and diaspora market, and comes with no direct competition, giving Croatia Airlines a clear run on the route. Stuttgart has previously been connected to Dubrovnik by several carriers, including Germanwings and later Eurowings between 2012 and 2019, while Air Berlin and TUIfly briefly operated the service in earlier years.
The addition of Stuttgart follows Croatia Airlines’ ongoing strategy to expand point-to-point routes and enhance regional connectivity for the upcoming summer season.
