Altuntaş, who was greatly appreciated, continued his inspections and went to a cafe adjacent to the clothing store of Deputy Mayor AKP member Özcan Özmekik and to the bakery belonging to the family of AKP Council Member Uğur Erdem. Allegedly, expired chicken was found in the cafe and expired flour was found in the oven. Seeing that hygiene was not followed, Altuntaş wanted to fine both workplaces. Allegedly, the cafe owner called his neighbor Özmekik.
HE WAS DISMISSED WITH JETTING SPEED
Altuntaş, who also confronted Council Member Erdem about the bakery, was dismissed upon the instructions of AKP Mayor Özcan Ulupınar. The public reacted to the dismissal of the director who defended public health.
