Hello! I’m not from Poland but I’m a fan of krowki and I wonder what way do Poles enjoy theirs? I love those that are stretchy and soft inside but some I’ve had were just hard, sugary and crumbling. What is the norm?

Sirloin cut, salt, fresh pepper
Not Polish, and many people will hate me for this,
but I prefer Ukrainian (Roshen) ones.
There’s no norm. Some people like them crumbly, some like them stretchy
IT should be soft inside. The ones that you had were just old.
Well, generally, I love chewy, soft-inside fudge. In my area, we call them “mordoklejki,” which means “sticky mouth,” because they’re so sticky that it can sometimes be hard to open your mouth after biting into them. Apparently, these chewy fudges are often homemade (but you can also achieve this effect in a factory), whereas crunchy, hard fudges are popular. My late grandmother especially liked them because she had dentures and the sticky ones were hell for her. xD Everyone has a different taste.
I prefer the dry ones, I like all krówki but I love the dry ones.
A bit more brittle inside but still soft and moist 🙂
bardzo
Very much
Stretchy mordoklejka
I like them in large quantities
They’re supposed to be soft so sounds like you had some that were older and not as fresh
Krówki are my fav candies. They are so yummy. Also the hard one is prob
I’m from Poland and I live krówki !💗💗💗
Ciąguuuuuutki
I only like the dry and crispy ones.
big
I once had a big and veery chewy ones while seeing some (past) extended family in Włocławek. I can not for the life of me remember what the warp looked like nor the brand. They said they’re always like this. Those were the only ones I ever liked and nothing could ever compare to me :’)
So in short, I like mine chewy.
Digestible
The fresher, the softer. The outside crystalizes with moisture, so it gets hard from the outside in as it ages.
Really fresh ones are barely held together by the outside and just burst open in your mouth.
Source: Both parents worked at the local dairy making them from some of the milk, so I had an extensive education on how they are made and why the best ones in Poland were made at their dairy.
I like them the same way it’s in the photo, crunchy outside with soft and chewy inside
They’re called Krówki Opatowskie where I live
Yooo i love This. These is so yummy
medium well in a burger
Something in-between, preferably with both soft and a bit crunchy bits.
I remember eating best krówki from box that had hundreds of them probably older than they should.
But they were soo good
The fresher the better. When I was at Uni they somehow had a pipeline to a krówki manufacturing, so as a reward students will get some the freshest krówki ever. Nothing beats the soft deliciousness with no dryness in sight.
