Industrial production in Slovenia fell by 2% year-on-year in October 2025, following a downwardly revised 1.0% decrease in the previous month, marking the third consecutive month of decline in industrial activity.

Output continued to drop for both manufacturing (-1.8%) and mining & quarrying (-13.2%), while production of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply were flat.

On a monthly basis, industrial activity rose by 0.8% in October, easing from a 1.3% rise in September.

Year-to-date, industrial output was 1.5% lower compared with the same period a year earlier.
