The annual inflation rate in Kosovo quickened to 5.3% in November 2025, the fastest pace since April 2023, up from 5.1% in the previous month.

The acceleration was driven by stronger increases in food and non-alcoholic beverages (8.7% vs 8.0% in October), transport (1.5% vs 1.1%), alcoholic beverages and tobacco (5.7% vs 5.3%), and miscellaneous goods and services (3.4% vs 2.8%).

These gains were partly offset by softer inflation in furniture, household appliances and routine maintenance (2.9% vs 3.1%), housing and utilities (8.8% vs 9.8%), recreation and culture (0.9% vs 1.9%), and restaurants and hotels (8.5% vs 8.7%).

On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose 0.4%, easing from a 0.6% increase in the prior month.
