Prosecutors of my beautiful country

My question is especially for those who know the job. Isn’t the certain person publicly accepting the allegations of nepotism and nepotism with the answer he gave in the dialogue that took place recently? Does the fact that everyone in the group accepts this and applauds the answer that we are not ashamed make the situation legitimate? Doesn’t any legal process work, if it doesn’t need to work or if it can’t work, why? I’m asking out of curiosity and because I don’t know 🙂
