I don’t doubt that “litter enforcement officer” attracts someone of a certain mindset and they probably get abused all day long reinforcing that mindset, traffic warden style.

I wonder if the enforcement officer would give a different story, we are only getting one side of the story outside of generic corporate response from the council…

since when has it been a crime to spit?? If this was in public and not on private property it should be a non-issue leaf or not.
